Top 10 Name Pronunciations

TeachingBooks is celebrating the close of the decade by announcing the Top 10 Author & Illustrator Pronunciation Recordings from the past 10 years.

On December 28, 2006, I began the TeachingBooks Author Name Pronunciation Guide by calling E.L. Konigsburg and Lois Ehlert. And since January 1, 2010, this digital collection of more than 2,500 book creators telling the backstory and pronunciation of their names has been accessed more than 733,000 times. Wow!
