Author Sarah Lynn Scheerger talks about how receiving the news that she has a gene that increases her chances of having breast cancer made her wonder how she would have reacted had she learned it as a teenager. She shares how her book, How to Live on the Edge (Lerner, 2020), explores this idea through the lens of two very different sisters.
