Accounts Support Administrator

Position Goal:

To accurately and efficiently manage account setup, administer accounts payable, accounts receivable, and provide exemplary customer service.


Experience with handling accounting details and data management.

Reports to: Director of Accounts

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Set up new accounts and process renewals, including corresponding with License Coordinators and IT contacts to optimally set up access to TeachingBooks.
  • Process pending renewals, accounts receivables, and non-renewals.
  • Answer customers' questions and comments via phone calls and email.
  • Participate in customer support initiatives as a member of the Accounts Department.
  • Maintain account information in the TeachingBooks backend.
  • Assist in scheduling, maintaining data for, and supporting new accounts and contacts: orientation calls, check-in calls, and webinars.
  • Provide input into customer training based on customers questions and calls.
  • Participate in company-wide activities and meetings.

  • Complete word processing efficiently
  • Maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets

This position works out of the office on the westside of Madison, Wisconsin, near Hilldale Mall.
