From the Publisher
A small boy tells of his special friend. This friend sits with the boy on the steps, follows him down the street, and goes with him to the park. When the boy swims, his friend swims, too, dancing and shaking under the water. Sometimes the boy's friend is short and fat. Other times he's so tall he can touch the top of the trees. But when night falls, his friend disappears into the darkness. Who could this special friend be? It's the boy's shadow!
