J. Elle: Hi, I'm J. Elle. J actually stands for Jess, which is what most people call me. And Jess stands for Jessica; that is the name on my birth certificate. Funny story. My mom was planning to name me Elizabeth, Elizabeth Nicole, until moments before she left the hospital. And she changed her mind and was like, "No, let's do Jessica." And the reason, I think, is hilarious. She wanted to do Jessica because her dad, my grandfather, worked with someone named Jessica and she liked her a lot. So she's like, "I'm going to name my kid after my dad's coworker." And I just think that's so funny; it's hilarious. My mom is funny. So, anyway, Jessica is the name, or Jess, or J, or J. Elle or, "Hey, you". I'm the hardest person in the world to offend so I answer to all of the above.
