I have not received my confirmation e-mail with my code. What do I do?

If you have not received your confirmation code, please check your spam and/or clutter. To ensure delivery of future emails, add accounts@teachingbooks.net to your contacts/address book. If you didn't find the email in your spam folder, use the resend confirmation email button to have the email resent. If you are still unable to locate the e-mail, please e-mail accounts@teachingbooks.net or call us at 1-800-596-0710 for assistance.
