Deborah Salyer comes to TeachingBooks after 30 years in education as an English teacher, school librarian, and district librarian with a handful of years in bookseller marketing and professional development. She says her work as an Implementation and Training Specialist at TeachingBooks allows her to be "Oprah" to those she coaches — everyone receives a gift. Now living in Ohio and working from home, Deborah spends her free time reading, writing, gardening, and traveling with her husband.
